You can watch all episodes available to your membership level. If you're a TIME member, you can watch all the UNCUT and Director's Cut of episodes. You only need to upgrade if you want to watch the Premium Cut, since this is only available to DREAM members. All the episodes will eventually be available to you, regardless of your membership level, but DREAM members always get first access, followed by TIME, then LIFE. Naturally, if you pay a higher subscription price you get access to more videos, and you get them earlier. That's what tiered membership is designed for.
